Runners,

Beginning with the 2011 event
we will be utilizing the services of http://ultrasignup.com/
for our race registration. The open date for registration will begin on
July
31, 2010 at 8:00 (HST) and last for 5 days only. The application and
credit
card payment will all be done electronically.The credit card utilized for event participation will not be charged until after the lottery is performed and the runners are chosen. Once the credit card has been charged the runner is deemed an entrant in the event.

An ordered waitlist for the event will maintained.

Entrants cannot transfer their entry to another participant.

A $100.00 refund will be made to an accepted runner should circumstances prevent participation in the event under the following conditions:

  • Race management is notified prior to 11/15/2010 of intent to withdraw from run. Notice must be sent to PJ.          
  • A runner is available on the waitlist and accepts to fill the vacated spot.
  • A refund will not be made if the above conditions are not met.
