Runners,
After some trepidation Stan Jensen has graciously agreed to a position as a member of the HURT 100 Directorate.
Realizing that the HURT 100 has grown beyond what we had ever expected, we felt it was in the best interest of the race to secure the services of someone with the wealth of knowledge of the Ultrarunning community that Stan possesses.
As you all know, Stan brings an extensive running resume as a volunteer, and runner to our community. We feel that this experience will help the evolution of the HURT 100 become a prominent 100 mile event.
Stan will serve many roles on the board, with a heavy emphasis on being Director of Race Communications. Stan has worked tirelessly with us in the past and his input has been invaluable.
We would like to welcome Stan aboard.
